An AI and community-powered platform designed to empower indigenous communities, heritage organizations, heritage professionals and conservators by optimizing their workflows, improving their decision-making processes, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of their preservation initiatives. Our mission is to preserve and celebrate the diverse traditions, practices, and indigenous knowledge systems that are integral to the identity and resilience of the continent. It is our belief that African Indigenous knowledge systems are as important as mainstream science and have the potential to address pertinent continental problems. By integrating machine learning algorithms, the future prospects of Conservatech AI will include the prediction of potential risks to heritage sites, such as environmental changes or human impact, and propose proactive measures to mitigate these threats.
